Since 1989, Clarice “Corki” Henderson has worked in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate as a Paralegal. In 2010, Corki became a licensed Professional Fiduciary. Her practice consists of serving as Trustee and Executor of various estates.

According to California law, in order to manage the assets of more than two people who are non-family members, whether through a Power of Attorney, Living Trust, or a Conservatorship, a person must be licensed through the Department of Consumer Affairs, Professional Fiduciary Bureau. (Attorneys and CPAs are exempt from this requirement.) For this reason, Corki decided to take the steps to become a licensed Professional Fiduciary in order to better serve her clients.
